Charles was wonderful. He kept me updated throughout the day as what was happening. He left the house, clean with no debris. He answered every question that I had simply and thoroughly so that I could understand it. It was a pleasure working with him.

We’ve now had Spencer Home Services complete several projects for us, including property-wide sewer troubleshooting and then new sewer installation, water line installation, and hot water heater and boiler installations. They have also done work on two of our air-conditioning units.
Our most recent project was the sewer installation, and even when our property threw them a couple of curveballs, the Spencer crew was able to problem-solve and make it happen.
Every Spencer employee we’ve worked with has been a pleasure to work with, and they are all extremely hard workers. Management is professional and responsive, and communication is excellent.
Because Spencer has the ability to handle utility site work, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, they can manage an entire project from start to finish. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and our overall experience.
