I can say this with confidence given three other drain companies and two plumbers could not figure out what was causing our upstairs plumbing to back up into our downstairs tub and shower. It was disgusting and our family couldn’t take showers or use the toilet, shower or sink upstairs or it ended up in our tub and shower. We thought we were going to have to go through the floor( we’re on a slab, no basement) into the ground and replace plumbing, costing us thousands and thousands, but Reese with Spencer came and was able to finally figure out the problem and clear our main pipe to the street. I don’t know what he has in his bag of tricks, but he expertly and quickly fixed what five other expert sewer, drain and plumbing companies could not. Peter was at my house within an hour and explained the whole process and expenses very well and gave me a fair price. Even encouraged me to get a 2nd estimate. I was shocked when he said they could get all the permits and equipment ready overnight. This was 4pm. At 7:30 they arrived and were finished by 10:30. Brian was an excellent operator and a very hard worker. The whole crew was very friendly and professional. I had a good conversation with my new friend Piedra while Paul and Brian were fishing the pipe. Not surprised they were on a first name basis with the city water department workers. 18 hours after I called the job was complete. I truly feel lucky to have been their customer. I was in such a panic when my main water line started gushing and Peter’s extensive knowledge and transparency was exactly what I needed. Spencer will get all my referrals from now on.
