Information We Collect

Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, service address and ZIP code, and details about the service you are requesting.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the website or advertisement that referred you, and advertising click identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to schedule and perform services, process your requests, communicate with you about appointments and updates, and — where you have consented — send promotional offers.

We use the contact details you provide to respond to your request and communicate about your services. Promotional communications follow your recorded preferences and any required consent. Message frequency may vary. You can stop SMS messages by replying STOP and unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies, Tags and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate this site, measure its performance, and understand how visitors find us. These include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion measurement, and CallRail call tracking. Advertising click identifiers may be stored for up to 90 days so that a service request can be attributed to the advertisement that produced it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Call Tracking and Recording

The phone numbers shown on this site and in our ads are provided by our call-tracking provider, CallRail. The number you see may depend on how you found us, so we can tell which page, search, or advertisement led to your call or text. For calls to these numbers, we receive the date, time, and length of the call, the number you called from, and the marketing source, and we share call details with Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure which advertising produces service requests.

Calls to and from Spencer Home Services are recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping. Calls to the tracking numbers on this site and in our ads begin with an automated message that the call may be recorded, and you may end the call at any time if you do not wish to be recorded. Text messages you send to these numbers are delivered to our team through CallRail and ServiceTitan.

Service Providers

We share information with providers who perform services on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes:

  • Google LLC — analytics, advertising, and conversion measurement
  • ServiceTitan, Inc. — scheduling, dispatch, customer records, phone system, customer messaging, and call tracking
  • CallRail, Inc. — call tracking, call recording, and text-message routing
  • ConversionAMP — online appointment scheduling on our Book a Time page
  • Contractor Commerce — online equipment purchasing
  • Our website hosting and email providers

If you request financing, the information you submit is shared with the financing partner you select — for example GreenSky, Service Finance, or Foundation Finance — so that they can process your application. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Advertising and Measurement

We share advertising click identifiers and securely hashed contact information with Google to measure whether advertising leads to service requests and completed services. For eligible service requests, this may include a hashed phone number. Hashing is applied before transmission; it does not make the information anonymous.

Ads shown to past visitors. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to show Spencer Home Services ads to people who have visited our website when they later use Google Search, YouTube, and sites and apps in Google’s advertising network. Google uses cookies and similar identifiers to recognize those browsers. You can turn off personalized ads from Google at My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com) or by using Global Privacy Control, described below.

Effective September 8, 2026: We may also use Google Customer Match to maintain an audience of customers who provided their contact information directly to Spencer Home Services. Where permitted, we share securely hashed email addresses and/or phone numbers with Google to recognize existing customers, understand audience performance, and improve Spencer’s advertising. We update this audience to reflect customer information and removal requests. We obtain consent where required and respect recorded advertising choices. Permission for promotional SMS or email is separate from permission that may be required for this advertising use.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising. On that browser, our site stops setting advertising cookies and tells Google not to use your visit for ad personalization or remarketing. We continue to use analytics to understand how our site is used.

Data Security

We implement security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Your Privacy Choices

  • Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance
  • Manage cookies through your browser settings
  • Send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser (see Global Privacy Control above)
  • Turn off personalized Google ads at My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com)
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us
  • Ask us to exclude your contact information from Google Customer Match and remove an existing matching entry by contacting us using the details below. This choice is separate from your service communications and promotional email or SMS preferences.
