Our lifetime workmanship warranty is our commitment to the quality of the work we do in your home. It applies to our workmanship over the typical lifespan of the installation. If a problem with our work falls within that coverage, we’ll correct it at no extra charge, subject to the written warranty terms. That promise concerns how the work was done; it does not mean that equipment or individual parts will last forever.

Parts AND labor: coverage for both, not just the part. On eligible installations, Spencer’s warranty includes covered parts and the labor for covered repairs. That labor coverage matters: a parts-only warranty does not, by itself, cover the work needed to complete the repair. Spencer offers 12-year parts-and-labor warranties on eligible installations and 30-year coverage for pipe lining. Before you choose an installation or replacement, we’ll explain which warranty applies, what it covers, and the annual inspections required to keep that coverage in place.

Update 07/28/26:  Spencer came to clean our mini split HVAC after another company came and failed to clean it correctly. The service was more than 5 stars. Unlike the prior company, Spencer disassembled and cleaned everything completely resulting in a fully refreshed unit.

Update 10/9/26: The team at Spencer Home Services continues to deliver outstanding customer service.  Rich and Diego completed a sewage ejector installation and ensured it's successful operation and they returned to make sure that any remnant issues with odor were addressed. Can I speak to someone after business hours?

Yes. A live person answers our phone 24/7. Call to discuss your issue and emergency dispatch availability. Normal business hours are Monday–Friday, 7AM–4PM; Thanksgiving and Christmas remain closed for service.

What is the dispatch fee, and can it be waived?

Normal-hours dispatch is $89. Emergency dispatch is $389 outside normal hours, on weekends, and on holidays when service is available. The emergency fee replaces the normal fee; it is not added to it. Either dispatch fee is waived when repair work is completed.

What do Service Partner Plan members pay for dispatch?

Members have no normal-hours dispatch fee and receive 50% off emergency dispatch, reducing the $389 emergency fee to $194.50. See the Service Partner Plan.

Will I know the price before work starts?

Yes. You receive options and pricing before work begins, and you choose which work to approve. Estimates for installations and replacements are free.

Do you handle drains as well as plumbing?

Yes. We handle drain and sewer work as well as plumbing repairs and installations. Explore our drain and sewer services.

Does a new installation come with a warranty?

Eligible installations offer 12-year parts and labor warranties, with 30-year coverage offered for pipe lining. Annual inspections and applicable terms are required to maintain coverage. We will explain your specific coverage when reviewing the estimate.
