We were overdue for serving our gas boiler and I had already someone come out to clean it who indicated that the system would likely need to be replaced bc the carbon monoxide level was higher than the normal range. I reached out Spencer Home Services (the owner himself also called to check in bc I’d mentioned the high levels when I’d booked the apt). Their tech Pasquale, aka Pat, was amazing, he shared the same concern about the numbers from the previous inspection though unlike the other company’s tech, he did a comprehensive diagnostic and found that the exhaust was full of debris which was casing it to not function correctly. He cleaned everything out and checked the levels again, all in normal range. We have a new HVAC company as of today. We appreciate the timelines and the honesty, thank you Pasquale and Spencer!

There is a leak that needed diagnosed. Molly came out promptly, removed material that necessary to find the source of the leak. She showed where the leak was, cleaned up well and was ve t y pleasant. She then provided a written estimate of the cost to repair the problem.
